The number and size of utility poles just keeps increasing. We seem forever addicted to power and speed to keep up with a world transformed by climate warming and information technology’s promise. This series of photo-collages explores the visual qualities of the these wooden poles so routed in the ground of the streetscape and so integral to the support of the sometimes deadly wires that dangle above.
