From its beginnings as a Dutch trading post to its bombardment by the British in the War of 1812, Lewes Delaware has had a full history and in its past, to this day, the sands under its built structures can only be leased. This project compiles photographs from 2008-2022 that document domestic architecture endangered from the risks of climate change and the demand for space on the sand.
